What We Offer
💬 One-to-One Support – Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and SilverCloud (online CBT for ages 14+).
🧠 Therapy Groups – Including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Skills, Anger Management, Self-Harm & Low Mood Support, Autism Confidence, and Mindfulness.
🎓 Workshops – Covering a wide range of topics to help build resilience and coping skills.

✔️Workshops In July 2024 we have been successfully funded the National Lottery – Reaching Communities to deliver a range of wellbeing sessions across several locations in Birmingham.
Workshops
The overall aim of the project is to support Children and Young People aged 5-17 in improving their Mental Health, Physical Health and overall well-being, while fostering connections through a range of themed sessions and activities. Sessions are free to attend.
What is on offer
✔️Range of activities such as mix of sports, yoga, mindfulness, creative activities etc, delivered by fully qualified Session Leaders.
✔️Workshops on topics such as Grounding Techniques, Anxiety Management, How to Sleep Better, Resilience Building, Coping with Bullying, Managing Friendships, Boosting Motivatiob and more! Delivered by a Community Psychological Wellbeing Assistant.
