How to refer yourself to our services

Self-Referral

You can refer yourself through self-referral assistant LIMBIC in the bottom right corner, or by using the button above.

Alternatively you can call us directly on 0121 663 1217 to speak to our referrals team. Our phoneline is open 9:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday, and 9:00-16:00 on Friday.

Urgent Help

If someone’s mental or emotional health deteriorates quickly, they may be experiencing a mental health crisis or mental health emergency. In these situations, it’s important to get help as soon as possible. Try to stay calm and ask someone for help if you need it.

Call 111 if you are in need for help outside of opening hours.

If you are under 25 and live in Birmingham, please contact the Forward Thinking Birmingham Crisis Team at 0300 300 0099.

If you are under 19 and live in Solihull, please contact Solar's Crisis Team at 0121 301 2750.

Online Therapy - Silvercloud

Online Support – Computerized CBT

Our Computerized CBT is facilitated by Silvercloud. This is a supported online program based on CBT (Cognitive behavioural therapy) programmes that are flexible, effective, and easy to use. Programmes include:

How does it work?

You can refer yourself to SilverCloud via our Online Therapy Self-Referral Form.

You will then be emailed a second form within 30 minutes which will collect further information about your wellbeing. This must also be completed for you to access the service.

Once you are registered on SilverCloud, you can then choose a course and get started.
