grounded. is about to open its third location in the heart of Birmingham.
Since 2023, grounded. has offered support to over 7,000 people; either through NHS Talking Therapies, free workshops, or simply by providing a safe space where a cup of coffee meets a moment of mindfulness. Located directly in the Jewellery Quarter, grounded. St. Pauls will open its doors soon to the public. Like grounded. Hall Green and grounded. Selly Oak the venue will be more than just a café.
grounded. St. Pauls will include a wellbeing studio and a café on the ground floor, as well as multiple therapy rooms on the first and second floor. In a desperately needed and ground-breaking concept 9 therapy rooms will be available to smaller regional non profit organisations to see clients and hold sessions. This way grounded. St. Pauls does not just support the people of Birmingham directly, but also various organisations close to them. The new wellbeing studio located at the ground floor of the venue will be dedicated to helping mental health staff, like NHS workers, to access support for themselves. As the Care Quality Commission is recording rising demands for mental health support amongst NHS staff, grounded. St. Pauls will help directly where help is needed.
