Types of Psychological Therapies

Living Well Consortium is an NHS Talking Therapies service. We provide therapies in line with recommendations from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).

Therapy sessions can take many different forms, depending on your needs, the type of therapy you have and where or how that therapy is delivered. We provide help for the following common mental health problems: 

Depression and Low Mood, Anxiety, including Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic and Phobias, Stress, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Health Anxiety, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Anger, and Low Self Esteem.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
