VCFSE Partnership Manager

Living Well Consortium is recruiting for a VCFSE Partnership Manager to champion the influence of the VCFSE (Voluntary, Community, Faith, and Social Enterprise) Sector across Birmingham and Solihull. The role is funded by the BSOL Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Autism Provider Collaborative. It will involve close collaboration with the VCFSE Mental Health Collective and Panel.

The post holder will contribute to strategic decisions to support and transform mental health services and commissioning in the region. They will advocate for increased system-wide collaboration and ensure the wider VCFSE sector is kept up to date with developments.

The aim of this role is to develop a sustainable forward plan which ensures the third sector voice is heard by, and actively contributing to, all regional Integrated Care System (ICS), Provider Collaboratives (PC) and Primary Care (PC) forums. It will also play a key role in the development and maintenance of the VCFSE Mental Health Collective and Panel.

The successful candidate will have experience of developing partnerships and projects. They will also have proven experience of working at a strategic level and developing strategic plans. Knowledge of the mental health sector is essential.

Outline Terms and Conditions

    • Working hours: 22.5 hours per week
    • Salary: £48,422.22 pro rata per annum (which equates to £29,053.33 per annum)
    • Fixed term contract for 18 months
    • Hybrid working
