Senior Employment Adviser
Living Well Consortium is recruiting a Senior Employment Advisers to establish and lead an employment advice service within NHS Talking Therapies (previously IAPT). The service aims to support service users seeking psychological therapies with their employment needs.
The post holder will line manage a team of Employment Advisers working in Consortium Providers, whilst also managing a small caseload of service users. This includes working with Consortium members to ensure that the new service is embedded in Talking Therapies and that the highest professional standards are maintained.
Applicants should have a degree in a relevant area or equivalent experience in either employment advice or mental health. They should also have experience providing line management or supervision.
Outline Terms and Conditions

- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Salary: £38,262.00 pro rata per annum
- Fixed term until March 2025
