Psychological Wellbeing Assistant

Living Well Consortium is recruiting for a Psychological Wellbeing Assistant to support our clinical team in maintaining an accessible and supportive service user experience.

Living Well Consortium is a network of third sector mental health organisations working collectively to support the mental health and wellbeing of people across Birmingham and Solihull. The organisation has secured contracts to deliver psychological support to people across this area through the NHS Talking Therapies (NHS TT) programme.

The role will involve conducting wellbeing calls, brief triage sessions, and contributing to the generation of self-help materials. Successful applicants will also deliver wellbeing groups and workshops as well as assist practitioners with therapy groups.

Applicants should have a relevant degree or clinical qualification such as a psychology degree.

Terms and Conditions

    • Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
    • Salary: £28,284.41 pro rata per annum
    • Hybrid working
    • Fixed term contract for 12 months
