Yoga Sessions

Sessions will include Yoga, a holistic practice with focus on mind-body connection and Conscious breathing and meditation for mindfulness and positive mental health.

Here you can still the turbulence of the mind, and relax the nervous system, bringing greater balance, empowerment and ease to your daily life.  A gentle practice which is accessible to all including complete beginners.
