Sarah started her career as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and has always been passionate about the positive impacts of physical activity on mental wellbeing.

This passion spurred Sarah on to complete further training in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching to offer a more holistic approach to looking after our wellbeing.

In her free time, Sarah loves training at the gym, being outdoors, walking her dog, cooking, and hunting for a good meme.
