Karine is a Birmingham based yoga teacher running a freelance Yoga and Wellbeing business called YOGAnnick.
Following many years in corporate environments, Karine is now a full time Yoga guide offering practices that focus on mental health as well as physical health, something very close to her heart.
Karine first stepped onto the mat during a really tough period in her life. Yoga found her, and the practice continues to have a huge impact on her life both on and off the mat.
Inspired to share Yoga with others, she embarked on her 200-hour YTT and has continued her development, with qualifications in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Pregnancy Yoga and much more!
Karine feels that being a Yoga guide is her calling, and constantly aims to be of best service and promote a happier and healthier lifestyle to others, through more holistic based approaches.
Her classes offer the whole package with physical practices, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation practices that can always be taken off the mat and used on a daily basis.
Karine offers a space that is truly welcoming for all without any pressure or judgement, and she hopes to foster relationships and a community with people she feels honoured to share the space with.
