Sleep Tight Yin Yoga with Claire
Ease away any stresses of the week with this slow, grounding, virtual practice of Yin Yoga, preparing you for a restful night’s sleep. Each posture is held passively for around 3-5 minutes working into the deeper connective tissues where we can store physical and emotional tension.
These long holds also give you the opportunity to explore the present moment and still your mind, inducing a sense of calm and relaxation.
Find a quiet space in your home and roll out your mat for an hour of self care.
Some props may be useful for this practice including blocks, straps and bolsters. If you don’t have these you can make use of books/catalogues, a dressing gown belt or tie, blankets and cushions.
