Gentle Movements at Home

Gentle exercises accessible for all ages and abilities.
Low to medium level whole body @ home workouts.
The sessions will mainly be standing but will involve some seated exercise.
No specialist equipment is needed but I will be incorporating dumbbells, resistance bands, a mat and a chair within some sessions.
