Administration and Data Entry Officer

The role

Living Well Consortium are recruiting for an Administration and Data Entry Officer. The successful candidate will work in a team to efficiently and accurately manage all client referrals that are received.

You will work as part of a team to ensure that all referrals received via email, phone, live chat and in person are logged and scheduled for treatment promptly and efficiently whist ensuring the client receives a seamless and friendly service.

Who we are looking for

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a range of administrative and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, understanding of confidentially and a very high level of IT literacy. You will have a strong commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable people.

Outline terms and conditions

  1. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
  2. Salary: £19,529.41
  3. Permanent Contract
