Do you have a passion for Mental Health, The Living Well Consortium is a a Consortium of 30 grass-roots organisations delivering services across the West Midlands working to improve the mental health and wider well-being of individuals, especially those who are most in need, through the provision of high quality, responsive and specialist services and initiatives. Living Well Consortium is looking to expand the Grants and Programmes team.
Living Well Consortium are recruiting for a Program Assistant within the Grants Team. The successful candidate will support and contribute to funding applications and provide support on the management and delivery of grant programmes and projects.
You will work as part of a grants team to identify and apply for suitable grant funding to support the work of the organisation. Successful funding will enable the delivery of wellbeing activities within communities.
Working as a team you will be involved with project support, coordination and delivery to ensure funding requirements are met and key deliverables are achieved.
The team also build relationships with local community groups and build community capacity to meet identified gaps in provision.
The role is offered on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a range of interpersonal, team working and problem solving skills, as well as a high level of IT literacy. You will have a strong commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable people.
You will be able to ‘hit the ground running’ and be able to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast moving environment.
Outline terms and conditions
- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week per annum before holidays
- Salary: £22,648.13 to £25,624.28 per annum plus pension
- Holidays: 5 weeks per annum, plus all Bank / Public Holidays
- Line management: the post reports to the Grants and Programmes Manager.
